Real Estate CRM ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application, including through integration with Meta (Facebook) products such as Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business API, and Meta Lead Ads. This policy is designed to meet the requirements of Meta's Platform Terms and Facebook App Review.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, organization name, and password (hashed) when you register or sign in.
  • Facebook/Meta data: When you connect via Facebook Login or use our WhatsApp/Meta integrations, we may receive: your Facebook User ID, name, email (if provided by Meta), profile picture URL, and permissions you grant (e.g. whatsapp_business_management, business_management). We do not store your Facebook password.
  • WhatsApp Business data: Phone number IDs, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, and message-related data necessary to send and receive messages on your behalf when you connect WhatsApp to the App.
  • Usage data: Logs of API requests, IP address, browser/device type, and actions taken within the App (e.g. connecting accounts, managing leads) for security, debugging, and improving the service.
  • Lead and CRM data: Information you or your team enter about leads, properties, and clients (names, contact details, notes, etc.).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Real Estate CRM service.
  • Authenticate you (including via Facebook Login) and manage your account and organization.
  • Enable WhatsApp and Meta Lead Ads integration (send/receive messages, sync leads) as authorized by you.
  • Send you service-related communications (e.g. password reset, security alerts).
  • Improve our product, fix bugs, and analyze usage in an aggregated way.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Facebook or WhatsApp data for advertising or for building profiles for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing With Meta (Facebook)

Our App integrates with Meta (Facebook) products. When you use Facebook Login or connect WhatsApp/Meta Lead Ads:

  • We receive data from Meta as described in Section 2, in accordance with the permissions you grant.
  • We may send limited data back to Meta (e.g. API requests) only as necessary to provide the integration (e.g. sending WhatsApp messages, syncing leads).
  • Meta has its own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review Meta's Data Policy and our use of Facebook Login and other Meta products as described in their developer documentation.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and CRM data for as long as your account is active. If you request account or data deletion (see our Data Deletion instructions), we will process the deletion within the timeframe stated there. Logs and backup copies may be retained for a limited period for security and legal compliance, after which they are deleted.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure storage of credentials, and access controls. We do not store your Facebook or WhatsApp password.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page and instructions for users and for Facebook App Review).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Data portability (e.g. export of your data).
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g. you can disconnect Facebook/WhatsApp in the App and revoke permissions in your Facebook settings).

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the App is used in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the App.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
