Terms of Service

Litchoo is a workflow automation platform that allows users to connect third-party services (including Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Workspace, and others) and automate data flows between them. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Litchoo you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at litchoofficial@gmail.com.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts by automated means.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect (including the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms).
• Use lead or messaging data collected through the Service for unlawful purposes.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google Workspace. Your use of these integrations is strictly subject to the respective platform's terms and policies.

Meta & WhatsApp Cloud API: By connecting your Meta accounts, you grant Litchoo permission to act on your behalf to manage pages, leads, and messages. You explicitly agree that your use of the Service will not violate the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, or the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. You may not use Litchoo to send spam, unsolicited broadcast messages, or engage in any activity that negatively impacts the Meta platform, products, data, or users (in accordance with Platform Term 7.e.i.2).

Google Integrations: By connecting your Google account, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service. Litchoo's processing of your Google data is subject to our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Litchoo immediately if we determine that your activity violates any third-party platform policies, particularly Meta's Developer Policies.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Litchoo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Litchoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
